Programming: Programmed to order; provide the format number, facility code and card-number range.
Front and back: White gloss front; white gloss back with the standard Indala logo and card markings.
Marking position: Standard lower-right position on the back.
Slot and magnetic stripe: No slot punch; no magnetic stripe.
Artwork: No custom artwork (0000 option).
