CAPTURE DRIVING LICENSE DETAILS

Get rid of long enrollment lines with ID Flow. Enrollment can be completed and a badge printed in just seconds. Data can be pulled straight from driver licenses or passports, eliminating the need for manual data entry.

CAPTURE SIGNATURE AND FINGERPRINT

Capture signature and biometrics using any compatible USB biometric capture device, save the data in the record and print on the ID card. Integrated support for Topaz, IntegriSign and Interlink signature and fingerprint pads allows for the easy acquisition of digital signatures and fingerprints. The captured signature or fingerprint can be saved in the person's record, as a file or printed immediately.

ADD 1D AND 2D BARCODES

Adding barcodes to your card design allows them to be used with Jolly's Scan Station software for time tracking or 3rd party systems such as access control systems. ID Flow supports more than 20 1D and 2D barcode formats.

SELF ENROLLMENT

Employees, students, members etc. can enroll themselves using a kiosk where they can update their record information, capture photo and automatically print a badge for themselves. New cardholders can self-enroll using a kiosk or a tablet. When they finish enrollment, an id card can be automatically printed. The id card can be automatically linked to the access control system. The registration fields, registration screen, badge design and badge printing rules and conditions are all configurable.

SIGN NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

 

Draft your own NDA and require cardholders to sign using an electronic signature pad or scan their signed document. Save an electronic copy of the signed NDA in the database for future reference. You can personalize the NDA by automatically populating the form with the cardholder information.

PRINT ON ANY ID PRINTER

 

ID Flow works with most Windows compatible PVC card printers. Magnetic stripe encoding is supported on all popular card printers. Ultraviolet (UV) printing, smart card and RFID encoding are supported on certain brands.

ACTIVATE CARD DURING ENROLLMENT

 

ID Flow can read the card number on the access control card and associate it with the card holder record in the access control system while printing the ID card, streamlining the enrollment process. Cards can also be activated and deactivated from the Record Center.

Cardholder records can be maintained in ID Flow or in your own database. ID Flow can import records from or connect in real-time to most databases.

LIVE DATABASE CONNECTIONS

Directly connect to any existing ODBC / OLE DB compatible database via a live connection and integrate with your existing HR, ERP, and access control systems. No import / export is required. Start printing ID cards within a few minutes by selecting a sample ID card template and connect it to your database. Select records from the database and click print to print ID cards for all selected records.

3RD PARTY INTEGRATION

 

ID Flow Premier Edition includes a command-line utility for printing cards from 3rd party applications such as web applications. Existing desktop or web applications can pass data to the command-line-utility in XML format, send a batch file with XML commands or pass information as command line parameters.

GENERATE REPORTS

 

View any of the ID Flow reports or define your own. Reports can be printed, emailed or exported for tracking and record keeping purposes.
